Just replaced my headphones
I’m at the Apple Store, and I just replaced my in-ear headphones. It was really simple; just show them the headphones, show them the problem, show them the receipt, and you get a replacement. I was amazed at how simple it was. I didn’t have to sign anything. The people working here are also very awesome. They seem interested in my problem and helping me. It’s the kind of atmosphere where I matter more than the employees do, which is pretty much what it should be like. Compare that to Best Buy, where the guy helping me looked like he could fall asleep at any second.
I’m going to work at the Apple Store once I’m old enough (18 is the age required— duh). Right now I’m focusing on Jewel, which I applied for by the way. I should get a response in… 3 months?! What’s that all about?! Oh well.
